This year will be the fourth Champions Race. With all the riders already in town for the Absa Cape Epic, they also signed up for this exciting race. The first two years it was a race only for the professional male mountain bikers, but since last year a women’s race and kids race have been added to the programme. The route that the race follows is extremely unique. Residents of Kayamandi can sit on their front steps and see the champions go past.
