Description: 3 Day MTB Stage race
Day 1, Friday 14 October 2016: 40km day/night – Starts @ 18:00
Day 2, Saturday 15 October 2016: 60km – starts @ 07:00
Day 3, Sunday 16 October 20416: 50km – Starts @ 07:00
Only 200 team (2people in a team) entries @R1500/team
Free Camping grounds provided for all entries.
Trail running
Saturday 15 October 2016: 10km fun run/walk – Starts @ 07:30
Saturday 15 October 2016: 21km trail run – Starts @07:30
Entry fee = R100 for both distances

This is all the things we need help with or any contribution or any participants:
- More sponsors – so far and every year our main sponsor is TruCape and they also give marketing stuff, like 4 gazebos, flags, flags on pins ect
- Water points – this also normally going to local companies, they will pay R3000 and we will provide the refreshments. We normally have 5
- Other stalls – bicycle people, curios’ stuff ect ect

- We are also doing 600 goodie bags, we already have Squirt and Furure life and @SOURCE abort with this

Enduren – Barry Po, he will be here again
Recycles – JP Van Zyl, he can’t be here this year, but he will help with anything or anyone in the MTB “world” we need as far as he can and he is handling out flyers and posters for us
Ceres Cycle – the will have a workshop and I can asked them to do the bike wash as well.
